It started with one simple belief.
InternsHub was founded in 2024 in Accra, out of frustration with a system where access to meaningful careers too often depended on who you knew — not what you were capable of. We’d seen brilliant, driven young people held back not by talent, but by lack of mentorship and connection.
What began as a small mentorship circle has grown into a community of more than 500 aspiring professionals, supported by mentors, schools, and partner organisations across Ghana. We’re just getting started — and we’re doing it right here at home.
